The new Blackberry Torch could be a good option, but will probably be a bit pricey. I personally won't do fo Nokia. They have shown no real innovation in the past couple of years.

The Samsung Galaxy and HTC Desire are great phones and they are at the high-end of the feature spectrum. Maybe also consider looking at the Samsung Wave.
