What Samsung Drive?

Well I want to install a driver for my Samsung Combo (DVD/CD reader), now it gives me several makes...

How can I find out which driver to install?

Okay the PC freezes after I insert a dvd, even before the update (drivers).

I see all the files on the DVD, but when I try to copy it or play a file (music or video) it freezes everything.
And after ejecting everything goes back to normal.

Is this a dirty lens?

What could cause the problem?
