What SARB thinks about Bitcoin

The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) has warned against the risks posed by Bitcoin noting that it has no legal status or a regulatory framework.

RPM please till "Staff Writer" not to use MT.Gox as a reference for Bitcoin prices as they are pretty much screwed. A Bitcoin is currently trading just over $600, not $264

That's not accurate, it's more like $600.

Mt.Gox cannot be used as an indicator because they are dissolving. Good luck getting your bitcoin through them.
Gox is at $150 now - that doesn't mean you can get bitcoins for $150
