Hey guys.
Looks like im going to sell my old rig.
What could i sell this for?

Asus 8800Gt (512Mb) Vf 900 Cooler, I still have the stock one.
Asus P5N32-E Sli Plus Mobo
Intel Q6600 CPU
500 W Psu
4 Gigs Ram

Any help would be great.
I still have all receipts for the goodies. Think it was bought from Computermania.

R3000? The CPU, 8800GT and RAM are already worth more than that.

Go and find out how much those things cost new (or the closets equivalent), taking the lowest prices you can find. Then knock off some of the price for being second hand, knock off some more since you won't be giving a warrantee, knock off some more depending on how badly or quickly you want to sell it and you get an idea of what to expect. In the end ask yourself would you buy that second hand PC from a stranger online at that price or get a new one from a shop at price Rxxxx?

You could try split it up but selling it piece by piece you're more than likely to end up with some of the parts.
 
Everything is still under warranty :)
Still have the invoices and its all in perfect condition.
 
4,5 - 5k atleast, but u might get more if you split
 
3000 is a joke. Try for 5000, if no buyers drop to 4500 and you'll sell.
 
In its entirety... maybe R3500.. (its 2nd hand)

sold off in bits and pieces.. possibly R5k.
 
Well im looking for 4.5k
Just want to get rid of it now i guess.
Bought a pc from a friend at the end of the day so no need for it anymore.
 
I can't help thinking these people suggesting 3-3.5K are thinking of buying it themselves and putting down the price. Build a system for 3-3.5k at retail prices and compare it to this, granted new the system would have benefits such as warrantee.

Mypro-D, if you sell it for R3500 (maybe even a bit more), I'll buy it right now, not joking. PM me if you want.

When I say R3000 I say it because I consider it as a reasonable price. I have more or less the same specs machine (except 8gb memory). He also did not say it was a rig. Only a few components.
