What Spider is this? (Yes another one)

Catch them in a jar and then run up to your significant other threatening to throw it on them...... ah teh screams lol.

I'd rather me be a donor than share a room with a spannekop!

I'd rather let the spider live than donate my blood to some lousy parasite! Besides spiders eat all other kinds of creepy crawlies, so I don't mind having em around (even the big ones :) )

Vok! the small ones are fine but the big ones!

i have a policy - anything that oozes when i fuse it with the wall is not allowed to stay - anything else can come and go as they please

................... good thing her bf was here, or he'd be screaming lol :D
............

And yes I let him back into the garden peacefully :)

Nice, now it would catch and eat the real critters.

Explain the first part! who'd do the screaming?

I touched one of these a week ago in a bathroom cubicle, it was hiding inside the toilet paper roll, stick my fingers in ********** OH god* *** myself and run away... then last night i saw the big daddy outside on the wall.. was huge, but ya they are harmless

Currently I have 4 rainspiders in the house, I think these two are mating.

Lots of fun last night, when one fat one was sitting on the outside of my sons door, he called me on his cellphone to bring him a cooldrink through his bedroom window, he stayed in his room for hours, eventually, I sms'd him that Shelob had moved to the side.

A few moments later, I heard him spray deodorant through his door, then a tentative opening of the door, a jump, and he came marching into my room, where I had the butterfly net ready. He caught it and planted it in the net on the dining room table, from where I let Shelob free into the garden.

Shelobs other family is still around, today, they're going into the net and out !
(as soon as my friend comes to visit lol)

ROFL.

:D

That is a huge spider, there in the corner. I think I am going to have to reassess my love affair with the Western Cape. :erm:

Which is enough to kill me :D

Man I'd be dead long ago then, I get stung like almost twice a year!

We've got a few like the ones in wrathex's picture, but they mostly outside, only the smaller ones get/come inside.

You can actually get those spiders to get on your hand, they're quite fun especially when they walk about on it. Then throw them outside, preferably on a bush, less chance of you accidentally poisoning them in the house. They do keep the less desirable insect population down.

Problem is, some people have allergies to insect sting. Results may be lethal.
