What supplement are you using? What are the side effects you are experiencing or experienced? And best of all... Does it work?

Let me start. I was using evox formidable mass. Picked up nice and was a big potatoe! Then had an op on my abs so lost 10kg. 1 yr later (now), i am back at gym this week. I am now using creatine from supplements sa, and boy or boy does it make me fart and pooop like a mad man.

Preworkout
Creatine afterwards
Whey Protein

Only negative effects I have had are itchy skin from strong preworkouts, and heart palpitations from some fat burners.

Depends what you want to achieve?

Supps are not a must, but they definately help, especially whey, which I dont believe can be replaced with any food.

I use Evox Whey, Creatine mono, Animal Pak (multi) and sometimes pre-workout (Cellucor C4).

Stats: 84kg; 7.3% bf

Good to hear it's nothing serious then..

Multivits. Also, only all-natural whey protein from health shops, and even then, just in small quantities. I'd like my kidneys to still function when I'm 60 :P

I got a friend who is on testoboost or whatever that one is but testo something. He big but i can just imagine his kidneys...

Stamino gro, cell food every now and again.
Thats about it

anybody interested in jacked 3d - two sealed tubs - R500 for both including delivery. pm me

Lol. The itchy skin was from N.O Rage. The heart palpitations were from MuscleTech Hydroxystim. Stopped taking both immediately. The hydroxystim was particularly bad.

Best preworkout imo: BSN N.O Xplode and MuscleTech Neurocore.

As for protein, USN Muscle Fuel STS chocolate tastes good enough to mix with just water. Biogen IsoWhey tastes good and mixes easily into oats.

Anyone try whey protein? From any manufacturer? A buddie seems to think this is the direction i should head to.

USN 100% whey about 2 shakes a day one in the morning and another after my workout.
A multi vitamin every morning with breakfast
Omega 3 cap at breakfast and before workout.

The rest I get from good food.

Regarding food If you follow the rule, If it's made in a factory ignore it, if it's made by mother nature eat it in moderation of course.

4 raw eggs and 1.5-2l milk per day. Close by is a dairy that sells milk that is not full of puss and hormones and crap.

You do realize that supplements = supplementary to your diet

Jack3d micro, (Fish oil caps for O3), ON Whey Gold Standard 2 servings a day, I add a spoon of psylium husk, bran, ground flaxseed (linseed) to my shakes for more fiber

This make my wierd connections go crazy

In the South Park episode [Bat Daded] where Randy needs to get into the "Best shape of his life" - the radio playing in the background mentions "Helter Skelter" as he breaks eggs into a glass
