Johburg: Ping 182ms. Jitter 250ms. Packet loss test failed. D* rating



UK, Maidenhead: Ping 592ms. Jitter 196ms. F* rating




Speedtest doesn't want to work right now

You pingtest is showing something is seriously wrong with your connection. The ping, jitter and packet loss are all cause for concern, in particular the packet loss to joburg.
I would get on the phone to Telkom and commence harassment. Either your physical line has been damaged or there is serious congestion somewhere, though I would bet the line is damaged.
