What the...

hmmm maybe Ed Hall can reply to some of your questions... seems as he's become more pro-active on these forums :w00t:

Wednesday nights are apparently the scheduled nights for maintenance. It would usually take place around midnight.

There were no problems for me in CPT though, but I guess we had our maintenance a few weeks ago.

Ours stopped working around 9pm till after midnight and I see the same series of towers are still falling down today (Krugersdorp, Kenmere, Little Falls, Roodekranz etc) They must all be linked and they seem pretty unstable. They have downtime on a daily basis. I've been battling to stay online again since 1pm and the helpdesk isn't too supportive in trying to find the problem. If one more person asks me abt my mtu settings I'm going to have a seizure :P

lol, we all go through that. Its some kind of iBurst initiation, if you can manage to say : "Yes, my MTU is set to 1352" about 20 times, they just put your tower back to how it should be.

LOL, well we finally got some information from them that made some sense. They have been doing maintanance on these towers for the last week apparently. Now why couldn't anyone tell me that and save us all a bunch of frustration.

Also we were told to check the website to see if our internet is down............
