What to do with fresh coconut ?

Anyone has a tested recipe for homemade coconut ice cream? I do not have an ice cream maker btw.

Anything else one can do with it ?

You don't need an ice cream maker, just 2 big plastic "zip lock" bags. If I find the youtube video I'll post it here, think it was EpicMealTime's new cooking show
