You're doing it right, the dark one is most excellent too, the wheels are too sweet.

I cook with coconut oil or take 1/4t, it streamlines plumbing.

Dessicated coconut is a great snack with fruit and yoghurt.

Anyone has a tested recipe for homemade coconut ice cream? I do not have an ice cream maker btw.

Fresh coconut is much nicer than the dessicated crap. I hate that stuff. We used to spoon out coconut flesh and just eat it like that. You can get it out with a vegetable peeler... and a lot of patience.

Firstly separate the milk out for another purpose. You can use it in a ton of cocktails and ice creams and stuff.

I know the flesh can be used to make a lovely Thai curry. But here's a coconut ice cream recipe that looks doable.
