Those too peeps. But if your urine is regularly darker in colour than one lemon in 250ml of water then pls check yourselves out (or check your lemon/water supplier).
 
Don't take too much stuff, check the recommended dosage and only take that - however, if it says 2, taking 3 shouldn't be a problem, hell, 4 shouldn't either, but don't take more than say 3.

You can cause issues with your kidneys (read up on what kidneys do in the body)
