  • The Reserve Bank will keep rates unchanged
  • The rand will remain strong against the dollar
  • Employment will remain subdued as companies worry about higher-than-inflation wage increases
  • Electricity prices and supply will become a more prominent issue, along with concerns about the quality of the water supply and other public services
  • The JSE will remain stable, growing steadily, on the back of improved growth and foreign inflows; however, the easy money that could be made by a bold investor immediately after the recession is finished
  • Gold prices will remain strong and rise as concerns about the dollar keep investors interested in sure things, but South African gold production will not increase
  • Another 18000 to 21000 South Africans will be murdered
  • At least 100 000 will be raped
  • Julius Malema will never pay any judgement
  • Zuma father twins

The above post is probably the best description for stagnation :). I feel that the taxpayer will really feel the cost of having a worldcup in the coming year.
You forgot however that the Springboks will win the world cup and the Proteas won't get past the semi-final in their WC.

Gauteng drivers will put R950 million into the toll road coffers which will mysteriously disappear into the government void.
There will me another cabinet reshuffle.
Billions will be spent, well disguised of course, on the USAfrica.

Lulz
Proteas.ooooh gawd they are chokers!

Large scale government corruption will be uncovered. Offending parties will be promoted to cabinet (those not already there)

A large asteroid will be spotted heading for earth...confirming the 2012 prediction of the end of man. :-)
The South African government will spend R800 million on hosting a conference on ways of destroying the asteroid.
