Then just initiate SCC procedures..

When they get the "summons/demand" they might just sort it out for you anyway to make the problem go away.

The dealership removed the wrap because the car is worth more and is more desirable without it. They did it to make it easier to sell, not to spite you.

If you are still looking to sell the car, you should thank them for removing it for you.
