What's a good isp

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a good and reliable isp.
And especially with good international line and has a good feedback.
I have now Vox telecom with an 400 mps line.
And I have a lot of issues with the line.
When I'm looking on the internet it says different stories.
Wich isp can you advise me?
 
Well they all have their problems, just look at the "preferred" ISP's on MBB threads here on the forum, they all seem to feel boggerol for their clients.
But stay away from Telkom, Mweb, Webafrica.
I will choose between the top 4. Afrihost, RSAweb, Axxess and Cool ideas, not that they are free from problems and bad support.

Best ISP Recommendations

Is this frustrating time again to choose reasonable isp. I did contacted many but most of them just doesn't look good with their packages with evotel. I know that evotel is not that great in terms of affordability but they're the only option right now. For example evotels entry level speed...

I would say good ISP is one that will assist you/address your concerns promptly when you request it; and then also go the extra mile

While service uptime is mainly dependent on the FNO you choose/available for your address, we at Krypton Web will go the extra mile in advising our customers regarding any shortcomings they might have on their home networks like WiFi deadspots due to distance, IP clashes (especially those cause by other Hardware being setup incorrectly), or other general tech related issues that most other ISPs will not touch as its "not an internet related issue" - in particular work VPNs on their company/personal laptops

Just stay as far away as you can from Cool Ideas. I never had such bad customer experience, constant disconnects, speed issues and even a unauthorized downgrade that happend, in all the time I had internet. I would rather use dial up.

I've found them to be okay, but nothing spectacular for (LTE) support, and definitely not worth anything on this forum.

They do respond to tickets timeously, but not always with the expected outcome.

Are there any reasons you'd recommend them for fibre, as I may want to consider them in future ?
