I've registered, booked a domain through them over the weekend, logged a support ticket for eCommerce hosting, and heard absolutely nothing back so far - all my requests show as pending on the site. If I do a domain lookup on the booked domain at another hoster, it still shows available.

Also can't phone them, the 041 number just dies before the connection is made.

Very frustrating.

Anybody else with them?
 
Never heard of them before, but from what you are explaining it sounds like a one man show, and he/she went on holiday.
 
You're spot-on. Person handling new business was on her annual holiday (there's apparently about a dozen people working there) - contacted me today. I'll give them a chance though - they do osCommerce and payment gateway integrations to a degree I haven't seem with other hosters.
