Smoothie: 1 cup rolled oats, 100g almonds, 100g flax seed, 100ml plain fat free yoghurt, one table spoon peanut butter, 3 apples, one scoop chocolate whey protein, 250ml milk, one tablespoon honey. And yes it is yummy :p

A bowl of oats porridge.

Haven't done that in a while and it was a real treat :)

Its the name of the product :p

And I quite like it :)

I know it's name intimately.

I was force-fed that as a child. I'm scarred for life because of that ****. (I'm exaggerating a bit - although I don't have fond memories of that porridge)

It is quite amazing to realise how different people have different perceptions of the world, i know i am going OT here.

Some of my most fond memories include Taystee Wheat, especially seeing my grandparents and having the whole family together.

True, although perceptions can also change.

I hated oatmeal with a similar passion as taystee wheat when I was a child ... yet now I love eating oatmeal. The difference now is though, I don't add milk and I pour honey over my oatmeal. It tastes much better.

Omelette with ham, cheese and onion. Toast. Side plate of chips. Plenty of coffee.
