100g beef patty, 2 eggs, fried tomato, caramelized onion, toast and coffee. Luckily I got up early, before the load shedding nonsense starts.

Are these good? What's included besides oats?

I enjoy it & my 2yr old kid eats it as well.

It's R12 for a decent portion; it's a good "healthy" alternative.

It's basically just instant oats with a dash of maple syrup.

Peanut butter and syrup sandwiches which have a suspicious hint of sardine in them. Or maybe it was the Omega fish oil tablets I swallowed before them? :sick:
