What's for breakfast?

4x Weet Bix, milk, sugar and crushed ripe bananas all mixed together in a bowl.

Looks amazing, would you mind PM'ing me the recipe?
It's mashed (ripe) bananas and oat flour (I put oats into a coffee grinder).
Some coconut or olive oil (+-1 Tbsp per 3 bananas).
Don't mix too dry.
I just have salt, cinnamon & ginger in there too.

That's it.
Mix, dollop onto baking tray and bake for around 40'ish minutes - I flip mine halfway.
Kind of like dense muffin when it's done or however you like it.

Thank you so much, I just had to ask because the photos always look so good

It felt fancy. Working at home and my wife surprised me with coffee and the scrambled eggs. Man alive, she truly knows how to make me feel like royalty.

hahaha you are easy to please for brekkie

my daily brekkie is a omelette with mushrooms, feta and cheddar cheese ..and make it myself

some days its muesli and yogurt ..

you must actually try chicken livers done over a fire ..there is a guy in CPT who does it ..Damn good
Now that's an idea for the next braai. Flame grilled with peri-peri sauce as basting.
