tasted pretty good. Only thing was the cuts seemed thick. Some slices didn't get crispy enough.

cheese toasted French loaf coffee

Made a spanish omelette, the one with potato in it. Also a little salad of lettuce, tomatoes and PnP greek vinigrette (sp) with feta cheese sprinkled over it all.

Cut up some sweet melon and drowned it in granadilla yogurt.

Dishes and off to work then....

I found me some fresh wild mushrooms that popped up in my garden overnight so I harvested them and friend them in onions and oil and green chilies/tumeric. Best thing I ever tasted for a breakfast yet.
