hehehe - can't think of the last time I had a scone :/

Most scones are too dry for me. Very few people make really good scones. Thus I try and avoid it.

Mugg and bean makes a decent one. Key is to have a big mug of sweet milky tea on hand..

Now that you mention this - I can think of the last time I had.
Earlier this year I walked into my dad's place and he'd baked a batch - but from those strore bought mixes.
They were ok I suppose.

But nothing beats made from scratch goodness.

No pic but this morning was a delicious Gang Kiew Wan - Thai green curry.

basic make up of it is, sure they add more, google a recipe:

Chicken Dumplings
This is the Gai Grai dumplings, made by mixing about a kilo of ground chicken meat with an egg and knead until it develops a sticky texture. The ground chicken meat then is dropped by the little spoonfuls into a pot of boiling water to make dumplings.
