Same thing all week... 2 Scoops Whey, 3/4 cup raw oats, 1/2 cup fat free milk.

A wee bit late posting this but heck it was a nice breakfast. Made a piperade (with scrambled egg and some chillies in it too) and mushrooms (prepared separately with garlic and origanum) on toasted panini rolls.

had a brunch yesterday

egg, mushrooms, sausage, macon,toast, chicken strips, pancakes, toast, cake, coffee, juice

didnt have time to take pics ..was too hungry at 11:30

Sam where you buy Macon in shops? Is it cheaper than bacon

i found it at excellent meat market and i know good hope butchery sells it

its the 1st time i bought ...R117 a kg ..was thinking cheaper to buy steak

Sorry sire. I didn't think about it until afterwards. And while I sat on there reflecting on how some of the forumites enjoy a hint of chilli, I realised that I should have taken a pic. I'll definitely make the piperade again. With a little more confidence next time.

Macon can be pricey. Try nagiahs in midrand. They on the Web.
