What's for breakfast?

Fried banana is fairly awful because it goes into a mush. Fried plantain on the other hand is beautiful.

The plant species is basically the same ... although I never allow banana to go into a mush ... thank you for your comment.

I'll never understand DJ... sometimes I think that he differs from me just he wants to differ from someone and he sees me as an easy target.

Maybe I am, but he'll never convince me, even with all his internationally acquired talents, that banana isn't a very versatile ingredient.

On thing I've learnt on this forum is to take the opinion of whoever ... very lightly.

Then again ... I'm on the verge of consulting you people ... and DJ... (with all his business savvy) with regards to a medical condition of mine of some information ... so I hope that you people (DJ... included) won't allow me to die.

Because that's what will happen. Death will be imminent.

There's a huge difference between plantain and banana. Plantain is a much larger more starchy plant, so it holds its consistency when fried. West Indies cooking uses it a lot especially.

Frying and grating cheddar over something, or mixing it with tuna, doesn't qualify as versatility. DJ is quite right I'm afraid.

I'm the last person to ask about a medical condition. Good luck though :/

The usual all bran, muesli, and a little sugar as I am trying a new muesli brand that is a little too bland as compared to the natures source muesli.
