What's for breakfast?

Poached eggs + avocado mixed with country pate` on top of Low GI toast, topped with a bit of sweet balsamic vinegar. And coffee.
 
2 eggs, much bacon, fried viennas, tomoto & chilli relish, and homemade seed bread toast... all enjoyed outside in the glorious sunshine...
 
2 fried eggs 2 toast 4 pork sausages and baked beans and a very large coffee :D and the Sunday tribune
