What's for breakfast?

Oats, yoghurt, rooibos. Chicken mayo on brown for midzies, although I would've chosen one of those "Coronation Chicken" roosterkoeks instead!
 
Burger with mushroom sauce :D

So leftovers then. I guess that diet is sounding like a good plan all of a sardine.

Breakfast this side was also a burger, but a Carls Jnr health burger. No bun. Instead it is wrapped in copious amounts of lettuce leaves and more salad inside the burger, with a yoghurt based sauce. Was awesome...
 
Mutton curry, basmati rice, sourmilk salad, greek salad, soji and a long tom can of Castle milk stout.
