Spaghetti with sauce: tomato & garlic & chilli & broccoli & a tipsle of white wine, then sprinkled with finely grated mature cheddar cheese & a grind of course black pepper, enjoyed with two large glasses of champagne.. g'nte lol

Naussbaums (sp?) make some awesome frankfurters - probably the best available in SA imho. PNP usually stocks them in the kosher section.

About to make oven baked fish cakes, crumbed chicken patties and potato wedges. Nothing beats the taste, or lets say the lack of oil taint, in your food by oven baking it. Love my oven

We (me, wife 'n kids) are also fussy about viennas and steer away from the commercial brands. We buy ours from our local butcher. Looks anaemic but tastes far better!
