It was a bit darker due to being less quantity than the bottom pan, I guess I should have measured them first. Wasn't charred though.

Black char siew ramen (garlic oil) with some karrage chicken and gyozo.

Not bad for one of the chain restaurants. Definitely not as nice as the one I had the other day.
