Everything I eat for the next few days will be covered in these sauces.
Lady that sells fruit & veg at Biscuit Mill market sells a nice variety of different sauces, chutneys etc. From top: Coriander, chunky chili atchar kind thing, red fermented chili. Not really sure what the proper names for these are.
