It was great. And yeah will definitely work with chicken too.
Actually saw the combo on Masterchef Australia which is why I tried it.

I just chucked all of these in a blender.
About a cup of Fresh basil
2 heaped tablespoons mayo
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
olive oil drizzled in until required consistency. Was about 6 or 7 tablespoons until mine was nice and runny enough for a salad dressing.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooked entirely on the fire?
Pre cooked in the oven on low heat and then on the braai for around 40 minutes to get it crispy.
Can do it on the braai, but temperature management is a bit more difficult.
