Yes, a bit. It's a Turkish version of unleavened bread, yufka so doesn't rise. Just mix the dough (no yeast), relax it for an hour, roll out very thin then fold around the filling of your choice. Brown quickly on both sides in a very hot pan.

Actually it's similar to a wrap.

I've never had an atchar that I liked. Do you make it yourself?
Nah, buy from a lady in Salt River...she's got the produce stall on Saturdays at Biscuit Mill (not that it helps you now where you are). I've never had store-bought atchar so can't compare, but this stuff is amazing.
