Does anyone else love leftovers as much as I do?! Some folks do not eat from the same meal twice. Maybe it depends on the cooking and the herbs and spices you use. I find it often tastes even better on day 2, and it often makes its way onto my lunch plate the next day.

I love making enough for leftovers. I'll eat it the next day and especially enjoy it when it's cold, it's like a whole new meal. Yeah I'm shunned for that, don't know why.
