What's for lunch?

Think I may have discovered one of the best sandwiches I've ever made.

Had some leftover pork belly from mother's day, came up with this recipe:

- Seeded brioche bun, lightly buttered and toasted on the faces.
- Throw some cheddar cheese on the bottom bun (and optional red onion), throw it under the grill to melt.
- Slice up pork belly in and heat up
- Cut up pork belly and place on top of melted cheese roll
- Add pickled jalapenos on top.
- Thinly coat the top bun in mustard (to taste, I used mild mustard)

The pork definitely needs to have some flavour too, I used the Woolies one that is already basted and par-cooked, you just finish it off at home. Price was insane, taste was delicious and totally worth it in the end.

Extra roughage.
