I can't really remember, but I'll give it a go:

Roughly mash up two baked potatoes
Mix in:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of mayo
Some smoked paprika
Oregano
Salt
White pepper

Cook in a fair amount of oil in a low-medium heat pan until golden on both sides...
