I don't want to give the dishwasher lady more dishes to wash than she already has. I own a take-away. Already explained in the "What's for Supper" thread which you do not follow it seems :)

Tofu or protein rich soya, wokked in a vegetarian stir-fry sauce with brinjals, green beans, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, basil and chilli, finished in a black bean sauce and served with Jasmine rice.

Mung dhal and chunks in thick gravy with some good 'ole brown bread. Man am I stuffed now.... I must have had 5 slices followed by a nice cup of Irish coffee.
