Get some what out the fridge?

Sauerkraut on the shelf is pasteurised. Unpasteurised sauerkraut and kefir, the stuff that is good for gut health, is kept in the fridge.

[AnimateX]

I make my own beetroot; none of the premade stuff. It's so easy and great-tasting (no additives, and it's sweet).
