Nah it just cooked in cream cheese so it's smothered. Used the wrong cut of meat though should have been shoulder^^^ Looks like it's missing some caramelized bits or on the meat.
The mint doesn't clash a bit?

Pickled coleslaw, pea puree and crispy pork belly.
For some reason the coleslaw turned purple. Probably the red cabbage and hot pickling juice.
