What's for supper - Second Course

Tonight was pork and fat overload.

Had an unplanned 24h fast so only one meal for the day.

Maple smoked pork rashers served with a big side of coleslaw with spicy mayo, cheddar and mozzarella. Topped off with crispy bacon bits.

Lamb chops, chicken drummies, pork rashers, pork sausages.
 
Really simple tonight as we are pressed for time a bit.

Cheesy omelette, mixed veggies and smoked chicken breast.

Broccoli, mozzarella, carrot, crispy bacon and smoked chicken salad.

Photo was pre lemon pepper mayo dressing.

I made a chicken, bacon, broccoli cauliflower and cream thing
 
Wife made really nice parmesan lemon chicken rissoles but I forgot my phone downstairs so no pics.
