yeah the Food lovers in access park has fresh so i got a leka 320g piece from there. had the extra fat on the rump so i cut out a leka piece

Was cheap as well R99 a kg

Smoked paprika.
I go crazy with it sometimes.
It's especially nice on nachos.

Sounds like it would go with anything you'd serve with a beef roast. Sauteed broccolini, wilted baby spinach with balsamic and honey, caramelized baby carrots, butter bean ragout, it all depends what flavour profile you're going for with the belly.
