What's for supper - Second Course

Baked or fried? ( not the slaw of course )

Did them in the airfyrer. Chips were deep fried.

For the slaw dressing I used Japanese mayo, touch of peanut butter, rice vinegar, some ground ginger and garlic and sesame oil.

Enjoying the crumbled chicken and slaw combo. Quick, easy and delish.

Fake Braai. Apologies to all the braai masters reading the thread but it's difficult for me to braai on the 1st floor of an apartment that doesn't have a build in braai.

Eskort honey glazed pork kassler chops with "braai broodjies" The braai broodjies is stuffed with a bit of cheese and pinch of garlic. One of 2 got a bit of extra toasting when my mum called asking wtf of an excuse is that braai. Was really tasty actually.

Snack plate to keep me going. Starting at 12'o clock we have: tomato, butter toasted bread, feta, pineapple, Rooibok sausage, steak slices, olives. Dipping bowls are a honey & mustard type creation and a relish consisting of olive oil, minced garlic, pickled jalapenos, salt & pepper.
