that mushroom sauce looks good but is that steak dry
It wasn't.

All this brouhaha about airfryers, it's just a small convection oven, so this is basically a reverse seared steak. I airfried it until it hit just under medium rare, then seared it in the same stainless steel pan I used for the mushrooms. 20230126_185912.jpg

your wors needs more colour. It looks so light, one might think it is previously advantaged. ie Boere wors
I sometimes cook more for utility than flavor - in this case I wanted to cook the sausage as little as possible and avoid browning. If I had guests round it would've been lekker caramelized.
