Had some lekker tinned meatballs on Wednesday night with frozen peas and some Smash

Best part is mopping up all the leftover gravy with bread

Made a lekker lasagna last night, ate it and past out
With a block of grated ricotta and egg mixture in the middle layer
Can just see it in the last photo if you squint
But it is delicious, with feta as well
And a block of mozzarella on top
All cheeses matter

I had to prepare my own food today due to the taxi strikes. I won't disappoint you guys with the pics especially @RedViking else he might unsubscribe from this thread . I Had granola and strawberry yoghurt for supper, apple and cheese grated over deep fried banana for a snack.
