Hmmmm dumplings...that's something I haven't had in a while. Time for a Guinness and wine stew with dumplings. You cook yours in the stew pot toward the end for how long?

Not really sure what this is but it tastes pretty good. Fried pineapple and spinach in coconut oil and Garam masala with some almonds. Topped with butter.

The main stew was cooked in the oven for about 2 hours, then added the carrots and gave it about 10 minutes, then the dumplings for maybe 15 minutes more. It was delectable. The pineapple sounds arb but I bet it was good.
