Roast chicken and some whipped cream with nuts and berries thing.
I see y to have the convection oven contraption. Wonderful chicken that makes.
Our oven in our rented place trips the electricity when it goes over 160C so we use this. But yeah, it does well.

Nice. With the winter rains coming up there should be some porcini mushrooms on the shelves soon - they make an excellent mushroom risotto.

Nah, don't worry. My food pics are atrocious. Currently enrolled in a food photography course but haven't made time for it yet.
