Made my own butter chicken soup.

Previously bought it from the chicken Deli next to our office and fell in love with it.

Tonight mine was even better.

Recipe I used called for some brown sugar at the end. I will exclude that next time. The tomatoes add enough sweetness for my liking.

Will also make it slightly spicier if I only make it for myself. But wife and baby also had it tonight.

You have no idea.. Only called to book last week, was told there weren't tables available for dinner til January. I landed in Cape Town and got called by the booker. I had asked for one seat if it became available, I got two.

Chili oil is a good way of adding spiciness for an individual serving, and it looks great visually dripped on top of a soup.
