1kg T-Bone. The butcher sells them pre-marinated so the fat cap gets a bit dark on the edges.

Yeah it's just next to the bookstore on beach road, small place with a bar half that's split from the restaurant by a shop. We got the half portions and it was more than enough. Kinda ruined the atmosphere that the waitress pronounced it 'kwa-sa-dillas' though :D.

Made a cake for tomorrow. It's a coconut milk sponge layered with lemon curd, whipped cream and candied lemon slices. Just hope I can get a bite in.
