how do you slow smoke in one of these ?

i want to get beef ribs and smoke them

but not sure how long

apparently this one is the one where you light the chips and it smokes the meat

it takes around 30mins for one round of chips ..so im guessing the ribs would need to be done a few times over

Tried a Quorn steak substitute just because.

Pretty meh. I suppose if you put it in a burger and drown it with a spicy sauce it could pass as meat.
