Guys, I have five packs of mushrooms which the wife and I bought without knowing the other already bought some. I bought 2 and she 3.

Any nice recipes?

Thanks, I got that at the local Checkers butcher. It's part of their Steakhouse Classic range.
You can also ask your butcher of choice to cut you a rump cap, but the meat department at our Checkers is very good.
 
Whats the reddish thing inside there - white center with a red skin...looks like a crabstick almost?
