Keto Pizza

Forget cauliflower or meatza pizza bases. Fathead Base is the bomb!!!

Baked in oven:
Large mushrooms, filled with Danish Blue cheese, celery, onion, marinated aubergine and cheddar
Peppers filled with Feta and pesto
 
That is correct yes. Fathead pizza base.

I also posted the recipe in the banting thread.

Remarkable how quick and easy it is. And also how similar the texture of the dough is to real pizza dough.

How much are you paying for almond flour? Or are you grinding your own?

I buy raw blanched almonds from Fruit & Veg or wherever I find them on special.

Chop them up roughly with a knife and then blitz them in the food processor for about 20 to 30 secs. Perfect consistency.

Important not to go too long because then it starts releasing the oils and you'll make almond butter. But that generally takes more than a minute in my little processor.
