Yesterday was a dull, overcooked braai w/ the wife's family. Sorry I'm still just not feeling the whole braai thing. Tonight should be much more interesting. Going to make a Thai carpaccio with French onion soup topped with a souffle, and a fluffy baked mashed potato thing, and a berry millefeuille for dessert.

If that's your preferred grub then a humble braai just won't do.
 
Smoked a turkey for Christmas. It went down very well but I was more interested in the trotters curry, mutton curry and gin :)
