I'm a huge fan of slow cooking. Low and slow is what I love, and I love the hardware as much as I love the end result.

I mean I cook roasts over eight hours kind of thing. I love it.

Yeah we also love it, we just don't have any special gear. I really need a larger slow cooker for one thing.
