Not the Best pic in the world but Home made Lasagne made with fresh pasta, a slow cooked 7hour mince sauce, with buttermilk white sauce and a crispy cheese crust. My families absolutely favorite pasta dish.

2nd attempt at mussels...this time went for a more expensive brand.

Was kinda OK. Not worth the 100 zar eq. or whatever they cost though

Yeah...ostrich cube stew with lots of wine ftw (both drinking and as ingredient).

Basically Khowse is an Indian pasta dish.

Core cooked components:
Spagetti
A dryish meat cube curry
An opaque chickpea and coconut milk curry to pour over

Topup components:
Fresh coriander
Garlic flakes
Green chopped chilli
Fried onions

/drools

I normally eat this for leftovers for the next couple of meals...and it tastes better with each sitting.

First time we tried it with lean Ostrich.... as I said, not as heavy and just as yum

This sounds absolutely Delish. Yummy.

Made a short-rib orange stew with some garlic mash. It's one of my fiance's favourites.
